Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING:  All orders are shipped flat-rate with USPS or UPS. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking code. 
Delivery times vary but can take 3-8 days depending on carrier.
UPS does not deliver to PO Box addresses.  Please include a street address for your order. 

IN-STORE PICK UP:  You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up.  Please pick up within two weeks from the date of purchase
or give us a call to make arrangements for a later pick up.  Thank you.

ONLINE RETURNS:  If you aren’t completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can receive a full refund within 30 days with a receipt. Only unused products can be returned and must be in original packaging with tags.
No returns on sale or custom merchandise.  Please note the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging with tags. No returns accepted on used, sale or custom merchandise. Shipping fees are not refundable.
