Georgia O’Keeffe (1887–1986) was an industrious artist who created over 1,000 works of art, though she was best known for her oil paintings of flowers and desert landscapes. She studied art from a young age and worked for several years as an art teacher. In the mid-1910s, O’Keeffe shifted to abstract depictions of her subjects, establishing herself as one of America’s earliest modernist artists.

By magnifying flowers, O’Keeffe sought to give both time and space to the details that people normally overlook. Take a moment to explore the intricacies in these four works of art, printed on keepsake boxed notecards.

Contains 4 each of the following images:
Bleeding Heart, 1932
Petunia No. 2, 1924
Rose, c. 1957
White Pansy, 1927
