French Stylized Paisley Oblong Silk Scarf

Designed by H. Minder, fils (French, 19th century), the inscription indicates that the drawing is for a border design on a printed textile; as such, the design would be printed via plate on cotton or silk and perhaps used to construct a colorful day dress.
